Support for families and young people.
At Peer Path, we support families in their journey towards a calmer, more regulated life. We believe in fostering connections that empower individuals and strengthen family bonds through education and compassion.
I am an ADHD parent to three neurodivergent individuals with a wide range of strengths and needs. I did not recognise my own neurodivergence until later in life, like many parents, this journey started with my own child's diagnosis.
Alongside work, I have been home educating my youngest two children for the last 5 years. This means that I spend a lot of time with neurodivergent young people and feel privileged to be a trusted adult to those who often do not feel able to make those connections.
I have worked with young people and families for 13+ years, supporting them in their understanding of autism and ADHD as well as putting in strategies to help with sensory and emotional regulation.
Over the last three years I have been supporting autism and ADHD assessments in a clinical setting, specialising in working with children, particularly those with a complex background. My experience working across multi-disciplinary teams means that I can confidently advocate for you and your family.
I studied with the Open University for my undergraduate degree - focusing on child development and learning.
In 2023, I completed by Masters degree in Special Education with the University of Birmingham, my dissertation explored the experiences of autistic children and their families in mainstream education.

Ellie has led the Theatre Chipping Norton's SEN Parent Group for the past two years, and her support has been transformational for families. Her approach is incredibly kind, understanding and honest. She is very gifted in helping us as parents unpick children's feelings, behaviour and needs. She has supported parents through highs and extreme lows of navigating life as an SEN family, holding big emotions amongst the group with generosity and integrity. For us, Ellie has built an invaluable community of peer support.
